I wanted to tell the manager and everyone else that sees this review about my experience today 3/29/22 at the Leander north location of T Mobile. I have been having a problem between Audible and my phone for the last 4 weeks. Audible was trouble shooting the problem with no success. I was already upset when I entered the store. I asked for the best troubleshooting person. Steffani was the first person I spoke to. She said she would take a look. She was pleasant and calm which helped to keep me calm. She played with my phone for a few minutes. Then Joshua joined in. They tried several things and found the problem. I was over joyed. Finally someone fixed my problem. They both were wonderful. I really appreciate the way they handled both me and my problem. Thank you so much for getting me back to listening to my audio books

They are really patient at this school and they stay on top of you. My teacher was Ms James , Who is no longer their and she was AWESOME for Phlebotomy and EKG .. I passed both state boards test.

And I am Studying for Patient Care tech my professor was aurea cielito batchar She was also very AWESOME.

In anything you have to put effort and some people did not show up to class or didn't study, but you have to put effort into anything you want to do. I you study a everyday for 1hour you will do great

PS Do not wait pass 1week to take your test because your nerves may scare you into prolonging taking your test.

PCT is a great class to take before going into nursing fundamentals.

I had a good experience in school and I learned a lot. Miss Let is the best she explained everything simple and clear. By God's grace next year, I will go back for my Medical Aid.
