Maplecrest Ford is an honest dealership, with no gimmicks, or bait and switch tactics that you may find at other dealerships. They gave me an incredible upfront, advertised, no haggle price, on a 2018 Ford Transit connect. I had my guard up, as I figured it was to good to be true. It was true. No gimmick, or surprise add on fees. The salesperson I dealt with was Harold. I call him Mr. H. He was very knowledgeable, and had a great personality. He made the buying process go very smooth. I left a deposit, and said I would return in 3 days to pick it up, and complete the purchase. When I returned on 10/30/2018, the van was washed and looked great. I met with the business manager, Nuno Sousa, who had all the paperwork ready to be signed. Buying process was quick. He did offer additional services to purchase, and some may want additional protection or services, but that up to each individual. Its nice to have an option with no pressure tactics. I would like to thank the management of Maplecrest Ford for the training, and management direction you have instituted at this dealership. This dealership earned my trust in them going forward, and I will be back in three years for another new one. -

He was very professional and able to answer all my questions! Made my experience as smooth and quick as possible! I wanted to be sure that his efforts are recognized and appreciated!
