Manny was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. He went out to measure within less than 24 hours of meeting me and had a quote ready the next day. He even tried to give me strategize some options to help cut costs. The shop was busy and customers seemed pleased. We ended up going a different direction than carpet but would have 100% moved forward with Hansel’s Carpets!

We have used Hansel's twice for carpet in our home. Manny, Mitzi and the crew are friendly and knowledgeable. We had to keep rescheduling the install because of construction issues but they always took it in stride. The team that installed the carpet did fantastic work. When the carpet came in and the install crew realized it came from two different dye lots they immediately called our attention to it - and Mitzi quickly reordered. So appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend them. The entire experience was a pleasure.
