There are not enough positive things I can say about Attain. You will not be disappointed; they have exceeded my expectations. I work with Ryan, he is knowledgeable, fun to work with, easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable. He has helped me reach and surpass my goal. He is always prepared and great at modifying exercises to fit you. Ben, the owner, is so positive and a joy to be around. Do not hesitate to sign up with Attain.

I’m so happy I found Attain Wellness! I’ve been working out with Ben since the summer and I’m so impressed with my results. Ben is thoughtful about planning our sessions, taking into consideration my existing back issues and really focuses on strength training and proper form. He’s extremely knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, and a pleasure to talk to. I’m never bored with my workouts and I feel better and more focused with my training because of the challenging routines he puts together for me. It’s also super clean and safe, so I feel confident that I’m in the best fitness place around!

He is extremely knowledgeable in fitness, motivates you to strengthen your body in a safe environment without injury, and truly cares about his client's overall well being. When I started I did not look forward to working out as I feared injury as other programs were not personalized and I had no idea how to weight train. With Paul's coaching and personalized approach, I have eliminated my pain, learned about how to strengthen my body safely, improved my nutritional habits, and have had fun along the way! Paul's working in a field that is a perfect match for him as he is truly passionate about improving the health and well being of others one coaching session at a time! Ben is a knowledgeable personal trainer that can explain things right at the level you are coming from and seems to be able to work you right at the level you need as well. The facilities are brand new and while it is a small space there was more than enough room to get in a killer workout that felt much longer than an hour. They even came up with a sports specific workout (hockey) to get me back in shape for upcoming games. I really liked the focus on compound movements and his intense focus on proper form. I think the training here would be good if you’re trying to get in shape for the first time, trying to get in shape again, or trying to up your game at any level.
