“I really love this place. All the trainers make it fun. I had never been heavier in my life when I joined Game Changer for this Fitness Challenge. I have NEVER felt judged about my size there. I have serious knee, almost bone on bone, issues. I'm trying to put off knee replacements as long as possible. The small group training works the best for me because the trainers make adjustments in the exercises so I don't injure my knees further. My knees feel SO much better and are stronger today then they were 4 weeks ago. I also am more than a little competitive, give me a challenge and I'm going to take it. Here's to a new outlook and stronger and healthier lifestyle. Thank you to ALL the trainers. You guys ROCK!”
