We ended up getting a Navien Combi boiler. My husband was not that convinced at first because he is old school and believes oil burns hotter than gas. But, after Hector put this unit up for us we couldn't believe our eyes, it heats our house perfectly for a fraction of the cost. We don't regret going this route one bit. Certified Appliance Repair Rahway sent a tech an hour after I sent them a message. He went straight into the laundry room and removed the lint, checked every dryer part and maintained the appliance.
