I went in the spring and a man named Vinnie spent decent time helping me pick out plants and educating me on tips -answering all my questions regardless of how many I had! I loved what I got but over the course of the summer 2 shrubs died. Homedepot gave no issue with the return (with receipt and dead plant in hand!) and Vinnie was there again. He took the time to look at my dead plants and explained a few tips for my next plant purchase. He really went in depth showing me what to look for and why. Then helped me again with my next plant purchase. “Great company with awesome customer service! I used NJ decorative concrete for a metallic epoxy coating for a 1500sqft shop I built at my house. I was having issues trying to order the product from a different distributor and the company that manufactures the product sent me to Nj decorative concrete. The owner personally called me that same day after business hours just to make sure he touched base with me. I was very impressed with the customer service! I told the owner this was my first time installing a epoxy floor, he told me don’t worry call me before you do it and I’ll walk you through it. I called before I started and he spent almost an hour on the phone explaining the steps in extreme detail. I wrote everything down and followed his process as best I could. The floor turned out amazing! I highly recommend this company!”
