The crew they sent was professional, courteous, and friendly from the very start, from the emails and phone calls with Ian all the way through packing a four bedroom house into a two bedroom Brooklyn apartment. All the furniture and fragile items arrived safely, no damage. They didn't scuff the house or the apartment on move-out/move-in. They were very patient when my new building was slow to give us access to the apartment. Lots of joking and laughter, which is always a good stress relief during something as icky as move. These were ace guys, every single one of them. I highly recommend.”

I had brought my ferret with me in my car when I was going through my storage the other day and she had made her way out of my car without my knowledge and I left to Brooklyn thinkin she was just in the car somewhere. After a while I couldn’t find her and she didn’t appear , I called Life Storage to have them keep an eye out for her and they called me back immediately, found her, gave her water and a place to stay till I was able to get back to pick her up, they went above and beyond to help me and their storage units are always like new and have bathrooms and high level security - they found my ferret by watching her crawl across the cameras they have installed !”
