“I have been living in Summit Court for the past 2 months and I have nothing but rave accolades for the staff, the building, the amenities and the location. During my quest to find the perfect apartment, I happened to make that phone call the first week they opened. Spoke to Jessica who basically sold me the apartment over the phone. Met with Tom Paranzine and Danielle who were extremely patient in showing me multiple units and answered all my questions. The quest continued but I always had Summit Court in the back of my mind. Emailed went back and forth from a laundry list of requests and 50,000 questions -- I would think at this point, any leasing agent would move on to a different potential renter, but Tom was professional and accommodating. Needless to say, Summit Court won me over. The apartment is exactly what I'm looking for - an escape from a stressful day at work. It's quiet and peaceful. The apartment is perfectly sized for someone who is starting a life on their own. The amenities are top-notch -- you have to see it for yourself, because explaining it here will not do justice. UPDATE 7/19/2018: I took off 1 star by virtue of little nuances that Summit Court needs to fix. Fully amendable requests that apologies and quick bandaids will not suffice.”
