He goes above and beyond to try to save the customer a few dollars, which is hard to find in a company in these days. Yes it's true, he does get backed up with work sometimes and sometimes it is difficult to get a hold of him, but every time I got my car back oh, I was completely satisfied, and always saved money definitely then if I went to his competitor. “I have to share whenever I come across awesomeness, which is very rare. Stopped by this auto shop because I got a flat on my way home one evening. It was late, FREEZING outside, and I was desperate. I went in and asked for assistance to change the flat. To my surprise the manager told me the shop was closed, but they would help me nonetheless. This guy Richy, had my tire changed in no time, gave me some good advice about the car for my next tire change. The best part was these guys were honest, and fair with the prices. Most times in situations like these, when people see that you're desperate, they try to rip you off. Thank you G Brothers, for the amazing customer service. You will definately see me again.”
