“Product works well. At first I was happy with service but as the business grew bigger the service went down hill. I have called to let them know my issues and they just kept saying they will resolve this matter that they didn't want to lose me, and I kept having the same problem never to be fixed. My husband called and the owner said she would send her husband to talk to him and he never showed and no call to cancel. They hire young seasonal employees who dont go around the full property and sprayed my vegetables and flowers which both are a no no especially if you read about the chemicals they use since they have to tell you what they use and it is all Not natural. Wow I feel like I can go on and on now I feel like 4 stars are too many. We feel that him not showing up that he is avoiding us. Next year I am going to be going to a different company since there are so many now..”

I can assure you a helpful and experienced staff are on board at the present time.I must add we do not accept anything after it's bought for your safety as well as ours. WE take pride in the sanitation of all of our product's. We do give 48 hour's to return shoes undamaged with the tags on... However any product/toy can be opened and tested in the shop after it's purchased..... If defected, we will replace the product ON THE SPOT.........Come to our Union Shop (on the rt22 West side, not to be confused with Video Extra on the West side of rt22..... Come on and visit us, You won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!”

“I needed to rent an instrument for my daughter for school and due to my negligence I needed a rush order. The staff there is outstanding (Kudos to Jim and Carolyn). They were able to fulfill my request without a problem in an expedited fashion. I was really happy but then I realized I ordered the WRONG instrument. Another Bad on my part, I called back and had to re expedite something already expedited. Not a problem at all, they swapped out the wrong instrument for the correct one. Thanks once again to all who helped (a second time). Instead of looking like a goat I was able to save face and get my daughter her instrument on time for her first lesson at school. (oh and I might add that their pricing was LOWER than other places!!!!)”
