“Dr. Rachel Roby was just wonderful when I brought my senior cat Maxie in because he had lost weight and wasn’t acting himself. She was so gentle examining him, that he never hissed at her! Dr. Roby took blood work and gave him a liquid supplement to help his appetite. Maxie is doing well now!”

“Here is why Closet Factory earned a 5 star review: Designer, materials, flexibility. Their designer, Rachel Webster, was terrific. She had good ideas to make the best use of a complicated closet space with odd angles, varying heights, and a support post. She was also flexible, adjusting the design several times as my wife and I discussed it and contacted her back with more ideas and preferences. She re-priced it too, helping us to make choices that minimized the cost while maximizing the storage space. The company was even willing to hold an installation date without a contract, as we went through the decision process, due to a deadline we had to get the work done. Their materials were sound, thicker than what you'd find in stores, and the shelves were rated to 100 lbs, or could be doubled if more weight support was needed. I recommend Closet Factory without hesitation, and especially recommend their designer Rachel. This review is spontaneous by me and not even requested by them. I received nothing and have no connection to their company. I'm just a homeowner. I posted the same review in Yelp.”
