Overall, the staff at Health and Fitness is very warm, friendly and accommodating. I had no trouble rescheduling, pushing or canceling appointments and was met with nothing but kindness when doing so. Elise and Crystal were the two main people I spoke with when scheduling appointments and they couldn't have been nicer. I was treated by Drs. Alex & Igor for my injuries. Both were extremely knowledgeable & very good at explaining the inner workings of my injuries and what I needed to do to get better. I had lots of questions that they were able to answer with confidence and conviction. I couldn't have been happier with the experience and will definitely be recommending Health and Fitness to anyone I know.”
