“The 1 star review was about another company with the same name as ours. There are a few, but the one we keep hearing complaints about is the one located in Long Island. We have never, and would never, tell a customer to jump start their car before we could tow it. Our staff is very experienced in moving any passenger vehicle, regardless of condition, running, stuck in gear, wheels missing, etc., without ever having a damage complaint. I ask the person who posted the other review to please call us on the phone so we can figure out which company it actually was that treated them wrong. We don't even do breakdown tows for roadside assistance currently.”
