(July 3, 2019, 2:25 pm)Quality Automotive…the name says it all! Everything is top quality from the warm welcome (we are treated as family rather than customers) to the completed service. Truthfully, I do schedule appointments for maintenance, but it is not the mundane things that make Quality Auto extraordinary. How many times I’ve stopped in because of a tire leaking air or worse. Last week it was because the front brakes had begun making a grinding sound. I was going out of town in two days and concerned about driving any distance with them. Mike looked at the already full appointment book for the week, but squeezed in an appointment anyway – the very next day. That kind of service is the norm, not the exception. When I picked up the car, I asked if they would take yet another minute to check the power steering fluid and he assured me that they had, as they always do, checked the hoses, belts, and fluids – and topped off my power steering fluid. I was not surprised. It is the confidence I have on the road because of the care they take. Mike, Denise, John, Jim, Ryan and Tom, THANKS SO MUCH!!! --Marilyn Maring

(December 21, 2018, 10:59 am)I always get wonderful service at Quality. Yesterday was no exception. While driving to work, my brakes were not sounding good! I pulled over, called Quality and talked with Mike. He made time for me to bring my car in after work, which was toward the end of the day, before their holiday week off. When I arrived, my problem was quickly diagnosed, Mike got the parts needed, and their mechanic Joe fixed my brakes on the spot. I was so appreciative. Even though I left after their normal closing time, they were completely accommodating, showing me the problem so I could learn, and visually understand what was wrong with my brakes. Denise, Mike, and John really care. It's a pleasure doing business there!!

(November 19, 2018, 4:09 pm)Had a serious exhaust leak over the weekend. Stopped at Quality without an appointment. Was able to leave car and have them inspect exhaust for problem. Within 4 hours the car was repaired for a reasonable amount and they even completed an oil change which was due soon. Thanks to Mike, John and the staff at Quality Automotive for quick, efficient and reasonably priced repairs.

The mechanics not only do the work we ask, they keep an eye on other things and let us know what be needed in the future to prevent any large expenses. We trust them in maintaining & fixing our cars and referred them to others! I highly recommend them!
