(January 24, 2018, 2:08 pm)I first went to Joe in 1970 in Morris Plains. Then he moved to Parsippany and finally to Panther Valley. Prior to going to Joe I had to go to NYC.
It is not as impossible as it once was to find a good barber who can handle curly hair but Joe is still the best and now only 30 miles away. If out of town I go to a beautician or a good black barber. My last hair cut was in Antigua for $5. Joe charges more.
