“I have known Sandy Swope for many years. Her customer service has always been as close to perfect as a person can be. This past Friday at the end of the day there was some confusion about adding a new car to my policy which involved a dealer. Apparently on Saturday morning Sandy realized a document didn't make it to the dealer. The office is normally closed on Saturday. Sandy, being the wonderful and dedicated person she is, drove all the way to the office to fix the issue on her own time. Sandy has many things for me over the years that you come to expect from doing business with a small hometown business, however what she did for me was over the top of what anyone would expect. I consider Sandy a friend who looks out for me. I trust her advice implicitly. I have referred many people to Sandy and Dave Stuber. I completely them and have never been misled or disappointed with their advice.The Stuber agency is a family affair. They, as a team, offer the kind of personal service I don't believe the large corporate companies care to provide.”
