Reasonably priced and fantastic service. Locally owned and operated. Rich is knowledgeable and accommodating to my family every time we visit.
Best place to go for honest service. Highly recommend. New to the area and lucky to have found this shop
Very honest guy, very reasonable price's. Good service
The mechanic that every town wishes they had. Rich is the bomb diggity. He takes the time to tell you what's wrong how to fix it and will even show you and explain to you after hes fixed it. I stopped by a few weeks ago with an issue,he had it taken care of in a few short hrs. He explained everything, he called me and gave me a full break down of costs. Since then I have been back with other vehicles my family owns and will be coming back. Forget the stealerships my business is and will be with Rich & Sons from now on. See you on the next one Rich .

You will not find a better, more ethical and moral mechanic!! Rich has saved me twice from other shops, therefore I will ONLY go to him from now on. When the Hackettstown Hyundai dealer's service station lied to me last year about the repair my car needed, Rich helped me save thousands of dollars by fixing what was actually needed. Yesterday (July 3rd) Rich stopped everything he was doing to help me with an oil leak caused my Mavis in Hackettsown. Mavis never changed the drain plug gasket and did not re-install my drain plug properly after the oil change there two days prior. My car was leaking oil for two days and I didn't know until yesterday morning. When I drove straight to Mavis after leaving work early they refused to help me because they were too busy, handed me a business card, and told me to give them a few hours and try back later. I went straight to Rich and he fixed their mistake immediately right then and there on the spot while I waited. He took pictures for me, showed me the work gasket Mavis never replaced as required, and has me out the door in about 20 minutes. That is the level of care and customer service you want from your mechanic. The mistake made my Mavis could have seized me engine. Don't take the chance on a chain shop like Mavis that pays their employees commission and does not properly vet or train their people. Go to Rich and Son's. He's honest, reliable, and fair.
