“I was in for my annual skin check. As we have become accustomed to, every aspect of my visit was very smooth. Checkin was simple. I was seen at my appointment time. The medical assistant (I believe her name is Grace) welcomed me, reviewed my medical history, and prepped me for the exam. Cristin, the PA I always see (and the reason my entire family goes to this office), is extremely friendly, while always being professional, and making sure that I am comfortable while she explains every detail of the exam.
