“Only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because nothing compares to fresh baked Amish Pretzels; however, these pretzels, unlike Aunt Annie's, don't taste like cardboard. They are actually pretty good, but not as soft or buttery as amish pretzels and thus, they get 4 stars, and not 5. If you have had Amish pretzels, yes, these aren't as good as those, but they aren't as artificially tasting as Aunt Annies, so give them a good as they are pretty good.”

“i previously posted a negative review on this company after my last visit. My purchase was not up to par and I wasn't happy with the product. I didn't plan on returning. I will say that just due to the recent customer service alone from the owner I plan to give the bakery another try. Not only did the owner apologize and wanted details to look into the issue she refunded my purchase without me even asking her to. Maybe they had an iffy day but I will say customer service goes a long way and they just earned me back for another try. I'm changing my rating from 2 to 5 for excellent customer support.”

“We come in late night almost every Monday. The staff there treats us like family we hang out and talk drink coffee and eat donuts. Always a great time and, again, really friendly staff. Clean restrooms, but a little tight on parking. Once inside though, All Is Forgiven! I hope they never change. One time I left my computer there! I arrived the next morning, they had noticed it and held it to the side for me. Very happy customer!”
