I have to say that I have never been able to speak first hand to any dealership mechanic in all the years I have owned cars and trucks. This to me was a unique experience which I greatly appreciated. “If I could give the men in the service department more than 5 stars I would. The sevice was beyond exceptional. I had to bring my Fiat 500 in due to a part that was recalled. When I arrived, I was under the impression I had an appointment set up, or at least they would be aware of the possibility of me bringing my vehicle in, which I was told they would be after speaking to Chryslers customer warranty rep over the phone. Well, they had no clue I was coming. I was prepared to have to leave and come back another time. But, that didn't happen. He told me he would get it done that day , no worry. They took my car back right away and I went and sat in waiting area prepared to be there for a few hours..... 30 mins later. ...They came out .. gave me my keys and told me I was good to go. These men were a God send, and the service department alone will have me coming back again! Thanks guys !”

I was able to drive both vehicles, and Boris was able to answer all my questions. He really knew the vehicles well. You know when you go in to a car dealership and ask questions and you know the sales person doesn't know what he is talking about so he just gives you an answer even though you know that answer is wrong? Well Boris had no problem saying if he did not know something, and his answers were knowledgeable. He was able to locate the exact model I wanted with all the features I wanted. “I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited 4.7L V8 , i bought here and my brother and two sisters . They're used cars people but he gives a month warranty on all his cars, mine had some bad transmission solenoids but he fixed it . So far it's been working perfect , my water pump went bad after 6 months but I know it was my job to fix and I fixed and now it's been a year and perfect no leaks no nothing just normal wear from me having the car .A used car don't last forever so if something happens after that one month of warranty it's up to you to fix it . Good place, when you a good customer he gets you discounts and a specific car if you want a specific car.”

I was able to book an appointment in less than 24 hours after my initial inquiry about my 2016 Toyota Camry. After a brief introduction, Alan guided me to the car and suggested I take a test drive with it before we even discussed price to make sure I liked the way the car drove. “Wow! I found this dealership via CarFax and was a bit skeptical about the competitive prices (can never be too careful these days). But WOW! What a great experience. The owner, Thomas, and his team are honest, personable, accommodating and quick! I live three and a half hours away and Thomas held the car for me so that my trip was not in vain. Upon arrival, the vehicle was exactly as pictured. We were unable to purchase (our fault) right away, and Thomas worked with us to hold it until the next morning. The actual purchase of the vehicle took about a half hour! When I drove the car home I discovered that the temporary license plate had fallen off. I called Thomas and he emailed it within 15 minutes. I NEVER write reviews, but feel strongly about this experience. I will easily drive 3.5 hours again to purchase from Certified Motor Car again!
