“It's too bad there are only five stars to rate this business because I would have given it 10! To start with I found a very hard to find part kit for my triumph motorcycle but they had two in stock. Chris patiently walked me through the components that I needed and confirmed that they had them and I placed the order. When the kit arrived unfortunately one piece was missing. This was not Cross-Country Cycle's fault it was the factory packing. When I contacted the parts specialist Felicia to tell her, she responded quickly and assured me she would get me the missing part ASAP. She kept me updated at every step and and followed through as promised. You will not find better customer service anywhere when you need help with or ordering parts for your motorcycle.”

“My Mercedes got hit and needed to have the rear bumper fixed. My dealer recommended this body shop as they use Mercedes original parts. The insurance company just estimated it to be painted but after Caruso’s checking, the technician said my blind spot sensor is located under that area and painting may cause safety issue. They said they will contact the insurance company and there’s nothing I need to do other than leave my car there. I dropped off my car at the appointment day and three days later I got a whole new bumper without any conversation between me and the insurance company! They washed the car, vacuum the interior, and even painted the hit I got in the front! The stuff and technicians are all so friendly. They made this repair really stress free and even with pleasant! It’s more than one hour drive from my home but definitely worth it!”
