He has installed a hitch on my car and all new brakes and rotors and I never felt like he was pushing for things that weren't necessary just to get more business (like at the dealerships) He always gives the best advice about ordering the best parts to do the job right. Mark is currently taking care of a problem I experienced yesterday, and has done everything possible to get all the parts and get it taken care of for me today, on a Friday. Even if he couldn't get the parts for today, he was going to get it done by Monday. I don't mind spending whatever the cost he charges me because I know he does quality work and is a kind, trustworthy person who is easy to work with.
