“I have to start by saying that I cannot thank Josh and the team at ETD enough for their help with my mother's 2001 Lexus RX300. Sadly, I lost my father last week. In the short time that I had traveling back to New Jersey to participate in the events, I needed to help my mother deal with tire, exhaust, and transmission issues that my father would have normally taken care of. It needed to be fast, and it needed to be done right the first time. I am so thankful that we made the decision to try ETD. The situation we were in clearly resonated with Josh, and he and the ETD crew took the steps to bring in tires, brake components, and even a salvaged rear differential for a late model vehicle in short order to get my mother back on the road safely and quickly. He communicated with me by phone and text from afar after I returned home to South Carolina, wanting to be sure that I knew Mom was taken care of. Knowing that she would have had difficulty managing transportation to the shop alone, he even went as far as offering help with picking up the vehicle. Service experiences like this are rare. It will be without hesitation that I tell my mother to visit Josh and the ETD team for any of her automotive needs in the future. Chris said he could see me in 20 minutes and true to his word he was assessing the problem when I arrived in 20 min, which was my 2 front tires. He quoted a price and when it would be ready and true to his word the quote was what I was charged and it was ready when he said it would be. My car drove perfect when I drove off. Finding trustworthy mechanics is not easy but Chris and his crew operate with professionalism and integrity. I also loved when I asked about scheduling a 60000 mile tuneup he said come when I am ready and we will discuss I really need. Great experience!!! I will be back next week!”

Not to worry, they sent me to Xpress Tire and had me ask for Alfredo. Alfredo was great. He dug into the issue and got it resolved. I guess Alfredo works at both places. There are four brothers that work at the two locations. All very pleasant and very customer focused. We need more shops like this.”
