My experience from the call to the service was 10/10. John and the team were efficient, kind, and overall just a smooth experience for an unfortunate circumstance. I could tell they gave my vehicle an honest inspection as John called a little after I dropped off and said that they noticed another nail in a different tire as well! He wanted to confirm with me the work before they went ahead with it which I appreciated. I came back after an hour with 2 fixed tires and a appropriate bill for the work that was done. When they opened the panel, showed me what the issue was and tried to fix it without replacement (even though the business would lose money with this option). “I went in to initially buy some clips for my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. I had accidentally ran up over a curb in my haste and the clips on the under skirt got completely destroyed. So, I went into AutoZone with full intention to buy a couple of clips and lay on the ground outside and install them. The associate, Don, was so thoughtful and thorough that we both decided it would be a good idea, since I didn't know the clip sizes, to buy a whole clip kit. Useful is useful and that's a fact. While I was finishing up at the cash register, Don, who is about to clock out, offered to come outside and help me install them. He walks out, off the clock, makes a joke about him thinking it would be an easy front end fix and gets on the ground and helps me install the clip. Don is the real hero. It's men and women like Don that make these corporations great. Give Don a raise. Ask for Don. Give Don a handshake and tell him the girl with the Subaru clips sends her love.”

“Nice guys, looks like they did a great job but I won't know until it snows as it was my snowblower I was having serviced. I busted a shear pin and instead of destroying it by fixing it myself I brought it to some pros. Only thing I do now is one of the guys promised me he would call me by last Friday with a status not that I asked him the promise or even guarantee it he volunteered that. He didn't call though. That's why it's only four stars. Also because I haven't tried to use the blower.”
