If you're reading this review, obviously you have some issue where you wouldn't normally be comfortable showing, but with Dr. Homzman, you will soon feel like this is nothing but a typical medical stuff. Then when you see him again, you'd be surprised how much he remembers about you, not just what's written in his chart but also things you just chatted away. “Dr. Mcconnell is great. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is really sweet, but please, please consider a different way to schedule appointments! The call center is absolutely ridiculous and has no idea what is going on at the front end. I'm completely given the runaround each time I call and have to provide the same information each time I call. It should already be in the system that I just called. It feels like a constant interrogation. All I am looking to make is an appointment, jeez. I miss hitting #5 on my keypad to reach Tara who usually answered to schedule my appointments. Now, I get somebody in bumble land who probably has no clue of this office or resides in NJ. Please switch to a more efficient process. By the time the office staff call me to confirm the appointment for the 3rd time, I'm already at work and can't answer the phone and in turn, get talked at aggressively because I didn't answer the phone when they call. I'm sorry but I can't be at my phone every minute. Honestly, it's probably my fault for continuing with this network because this isn't the first time. I'm probably going to be looking for new primary doctors, although Dr. Mcconnell is awesome it's not her fault.”

“A few months ago I injured my arm, tearing some tendons/ligaments pretty bad. A relative recommended Dr. Christopher Doumas at University Orthopaedic Associates. Made my appointment and they got me in to see him pretty quick. After reviewing the MRI results we discussed my options, the pro's & con's, which is one of the many things I like about Dr. Doumas, he really took his time to explained everything to me, also he wasn't like you need surgery and thats it. But due to my specific factors it was decided that surgery was my best option, and I'm so glad we did as the damage was a bit worse then originally thought. The surgery went great, I was little sore that evening but very minimal and was definitely not painful, especially considering he had to drill some "brackets" into the bone. Not only was the elbow where he did the surgery pain free but the pain down my arm from the injury was actually gone, I was pleasantly amazed at that. Dr. Doumas is a great surgeon, he doesn't rush you, explains everything and makes sure your comfortable with him. His staff at University Orthopaedic Associates are all very friendly and accommodating, and unlike so many other doctor offices where you have a 1pm appt but then they make you wait for an hour which I absolutely hate, here when you have an appointment if it's at 1 pm you see the doctor at 1pm, every appointment I've had there I was taken in on time. His office is a 45 minute drive for me, there's plenty surgeons much closer to my home but I wouldn't go to anyone else but Dr. Doumas, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him”
