However, some of her receptionist staff can be unprofessional and it is a shame because she is such a fantastic doctor. I called to make an appointment and immediately off the bat the woman who answered my call had a snippy tone and bad attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even answering the call. I understand a job dealing with many patients in a day becomes mentally taxing but It’s demeaning to be spoken to in such a way when you are being polite and making a simple request. I’ve dealt with a few not so excellent receptionists in my years of being a patient here but this particular woman, unfortunately, takes the cake.”
