Dr. Merlino rushed in to see me, quickly diagnosed the need for a pacemaker, understood my concerns and even talked to my Phila. cardiologist that same evening who assured me I had the right man for the job and I was exactly where I should be (Community and my nurse Margaret were great) The surgery went flawlessly with this mild mannered Doctor taking on complete control of his operating room as any field commander should. And his care did not stop there, calling the nursing station several times to make sure I was in good shape ( once at 1 am ). I am one lucky man and in the best shape of my life thanks to this great doctor.”
