“I have been seeing Dr. Zacks for over 5 years, he is very kind, caring, compassionate and he has excellent bedside manners. He carefully listens to all your complaints, documents them and very carefully makes appropriate recommendations and explains to the patient in a very simple, understandable way. He is very knowledgeable, up to date and his knowledge-based confidence is admirable and is lifesaving in the field of Cardiology/ Electrophysiology. Dr. Zacks, is a godsend to me and he wants his patients get the Best Care available and goes out of his way to help his patients to get it. I want to share my recent experience. I was having Ventricular Arrhythmia [VT's], on a Friday at around 4.30 pm and I reached out him, he promptly answered my call, remotely read the transmission from my " device "[pacemaker/defibrillator], reassured me, sent me to ER and contacted ER Physician and ICD Technician, gave instructions to them to adjust my device and medications. He referred me for Cardiac Ablation procedure and he himself contacted a well-known Cardiologist in New York Presbyterian Hospital to treat me- all done by Dr. Zacks himself on a Friday night 8 pm, even though he was not on call. How many Doctors will do that? Dr. Zack's is an outstanding Cardiologist/ Electrophysiologist and an amazing human being, and I am very grateful! P.R. 3/27/2023”

My child got diagnosed with autism at 1 years old and for 3 years we struggled finding a good doctor that can help us with his diagnosis and so far he’s been so patient, caring and he is straight forward, gets straight to the point.
