“My 2 year old daughter had an appointment today with the PA, Angelica. Before going, I read her bio on their website, which stated that she received her degree from Yale - it also listed her many other impressive qualifications. After waiting only a few minutes, they brought us right in to be seen. She took time to answer all of my questions and gave me the answers to ones I had not even thought of yet. Another thing I appreciated was her calm approach and gentleness with my child. Everyone has different experiences when going to doctors, but you typically only get to hear the reviews from people who are complaining about an office staff member, problems with insurance, or waiting (which I don't mind if it isn't excessive, because that usually means they are taking their time to be thorough with their patients - and that I could expect the same from them during my appointment as well.) I think its important to focus on the treatment you receive from the medical staff, but in this case, everyone was great!”
