“Very nice doctor who is very professional, knows her stuff so well and very friendly. I felt very comfortable and was cured right away after one visit. Unfortunately, my second follow up visit could not happen cause Cliffside Park medical office had to reschedule me but I only found out when I arrived for my follow up visit. Staff at the window was telling me that they could not leave a voice message but I've been getting other messages. Bottom line, big thumbs up for Dr. Fishbein but thumbs down for the front desk.”

“The dr is awsome ,i give her a 5 stars but her staff is another thing and i tell you why ? First of all when i called to make an appointment for my son Alex they told me that i took him out of the office,which i never did ..I never gave verbal or written concent to change the pcp. Then they put me on hold for 20 minutes, said that they would talk to the dr but hung up on me ,I.called back and they told me they would talk to the Dr and 2 minutes later they said i could get an appointment for next year but the only problem is he had been released from the hospital the day before and had terrible cough and he isn't eating well . He has a history of throat infections .Im very doubtfull that they even spoke to her .So,So sad 😪😫”

“Dr. Vorobyev is an innovative, kind, brilliant, compassionate doctor. He actually spends time with his patients, so yeah .... you're probably going to have to sit in the waiting room longer than planned. Just deal with it. Dr. V. will put you on the best medication/s for YOU, not the ones that the drug reps want him to sell to you. I've been seeing him for about 4 years and he actually seems to care about his patients. Unlike some other doctors I've met, he doesn't feel intimidated by people who have some knowledge of how the body and brain work. He doesn't shut me down when I make inquiries about new or unknown treatments. Most docs are just too arrogant to acknowledge that the patient might have some interesting or useful ideas. As for Dr. V's staff, they are friendly, patient, kind, and always accomodating. They seem to genuinely like Dr. V. (To me, that says a lot about the doctor's character.) Holly in billing has been a saint for dealing with my insurance. The staff is very professional without being cold and robotic. I absolutely recommend Dr. Vorobyev and his staff to anyone who needs psychiatric care.”
