My appointment was at 12, however he was able to come at 10am. Before he started the work, he took his time to thoroughly explained what he was going to do before he started the work. He provided me with options & never rushed me to make a decision. He was very patient, organized & cleaned up after the job was done. Pricing is very reasonable. They exceeded my expectations. “Needed someone to install 2 Honeywell T-9 smart WiFi thermostats. Got estimates for $400-600, outrageous. Then tried TAKL. They sent someone who claimed he knew how to do it for $125 each, or $250. He was here all day but couldn’t install them properly. He replaced my old thermostats but they did not work. Then I found Jeffrey Electric. They came right over and installed them professionally for $220. Great service, courteous, and reasonably priced.”

We had several motion sensing lights installed in our closets, two garage door openers, all new switches and sockets, and wiring run for a few new appliances in our kitchen. “I highly recommend Tri Starr Electric. Neil is accessible, responsive, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable about electrical repairs. I called Neil the morning we had an electrical outage, and he was available to come over within the hour. He arrived on time and was able to quickly assess and resolve the issue within 20 minutes. He also showed me how to address the issue on my own next time. Later that evening, we had another outage and Neil was able to come over the next day, a Saturday, to make the repair. He didn't charge us for the repair, which is very generous. Neil also shared with us how to request a rebate for EV charger installations and was more informative than the electrician that installed the EV charger. Overall, Neil offers great service and truly cares about his clients. He's going to be my go to electrian going forward.”
