Don came to the house checked it out and despite what would have been easy to ring up a charge for a new motor/thermostat let me know it was fine just needed to be lubricated. He installed a new outlet for me, changed some wiring and installed a floodlight in my backyard. He was courteous, fast, friendly and easy to deal with and prompt.
