“My wife and I have been longtime customers here. Today & yesterday, my wife had an issue with her phone and took it to the Best Buy in Cherry Hill. We were helped by Ariel. I cannot state how much she was patient and helpful with us. We couldn't get the issue resolved yesterday so we had to come back today. My wife had accidentally left her phone there when she left and didn't notice that she left it until after the store had closed. Ariel & staff kept her phone safe and we were relieved to have it safe & sound when we came back this morning. She quickly refunded the phone & swapped it out for a new one.
