“I love this store. With the exception of some office supplies, I never have to go to Staples again. The mobile department is also great. I go to Best Buy anytime I have a phone issue or I need an upgrade. Jake, from the mobile department, is always so helpful and he seems like a true leader. He never fails to help his co-workers out. Dominique has such a great personality and knows her stuff when it comes to Samsung products. She and Jake helped me upgrade my to the Note9 this year. The manager Mel is super cool and so friendly. Mel always has an answer to anything I need anywhere in the store. Taylor, who I think is another mobile representative, is super fun and she made shopping for a hard drive adapter super easy.
