“Hello All, Back in June I visited the local Boscov's nearby where I live. Side note, I never enjoy shopping for myself. It is just one of those tasks, like folding laundry, that I just never enjoy doing. However, this visit was easily the most enjoyable shopping experience I have had hands down ever in my entire life. I came into the store seeking clothing for work, suits and shirts to be specific. As I cringed my way into the Men's fashion area I was greeted by a very well mannered young man named Michael. He was extremely professional, polite and most of all knowledgeable! Any and every concern or question that I brought to his attention he blew away with an option or recommendation. I was SO impressed that I went from just coming into the store for 1 suit and 1 shirt to buying 2 suits, 2 pairs of slacks and 4 shirts. Michael gained my trust, appreciation and respect. “We have been a Sahara customer since 1989. We have a lovely Sahara pool in a wooded section of our yard. This has created challenges for the Sahara team to keep the pool up and running after long tough winters. The teams on the trucks are masters at pool repair and maintenance. We ordered two sofas, a swivel chair, a nesting coffee table, two end tables, a nesting end table, two lamps, an ottoman, and a candle holder to match the lamps. On the day the furniture was delivered, much to our dismay, we only had one couch. The delivery guy was great. He immediately called Kensington. They were great. They immediately called South Carolina where the sofas were made. South Carolina took responsibility for misreading the order. A rush order was put on the second couch, and 4 weeks later, we had the second couch and a gift certificate for $200 for our inconvenience. We're happy and really love our new look. Yes, there was a glitch but Kensington handled it very professionally. We are satisfied customers!”
