“Irving is very talented at teaching tai chi. I had tried to learn tai chi several times over the past years but could not progress beyond the first 6-7 moves. Irving has an amazing ability to break down complex movements into smaller steps that are easy to learn. And now I go for good 14 -15 minutes of a tai chi round and can finally feel its benefits! Just after the first 3 weeks of practicing tai chi with Irving I started having significant pain relief. Now at week 6, I quite literally forget that I used to have chronic pain for years. I learned that tai chi heals your body, calms your mind, tremendously improves sleep. I do not have enough words to express how much I am grateful to Irving for sharing the magic of tai chi.”

“I’m not big on reviews but when a place really stands out I feel the need to right one. This place is great. For a center that allows walk-in appointments, they are incredibly efficient. The front desk is quick to work out insurance and payment details. Every time I visit I am able to see a doctor with hardly any wait time. What really makes this place stand out though is Doctor Al. He treats his patients with respect, care, and understanding. He listens to what you have to say and explains his diagnosis in a clear and concise manner. It’s so nice to find a truly good doctor — one who isn’t condescending, dismissive, or judgmental. Another perk of this place is that there is a great pharmacy connected to the medical center. It’s quick and inexpensive. It’s also one of the few mom and pop pharmacies around. It feels great to support the local community.”

“I’m really glad we decided to become members of the Randolph YMCA. My entire family really enjoys coming. Immediately, Monica made me feel welcomed and helped me feel comfortable leaving my then 6-month old and 2 year old in babysitting, encouraging me to take a little time for myself. The babysitters are all kind and excellent. Since coming, the babysitting room has been transformed and looks great, seems to be organized in Waldorf and Montessori inspired way, making it easy for kids to find new ways to play. There have been a ton of cool kids events since joining, we especially love the Halloween event and Healthy Kids Day. My eldest asks to come to the “ABC’s” now! I’m really glad Monica reminds us to come to events when we visit the Y, because they are really fun. Sammie in aquatics and the aquatic instructors run things smoothly and are very helpful. My kids really enjoy their swim lessons. I’ve seen this place go through many repairs and efforts to keep it up and running- and it shows! I think it is organized and clean. The efforts don’t go unnoticed. Overall, we are happy with our memberships and the lovely staff we’ve interacted with.”
