Brian, the owner, conducted a thorough onboarding process focusing on my goals, expectations, and hesitations. Every coach has been incredible (Jim, James, Nancy, Eric, Jen...sorry if I'm leaving anyone out!). Class sizes are intimate and the coaches are intuitive and know when to push you or back you off. Being new to this kind of training in general, everything felt a little overwhelming at first but the coaches and members have been welcoming and this has quickly become a new staple in my life. I'd recommend it to anyone with a real desire to improve their well-being.”
