“I have known Dr. Reich for 20+ years. I am Physical Therapist who has treated many of his surgical and nonsurgical patients. Dr. Reich has a pleasant bedside manner who takes time to discuss your symptoms, plan of action and any concerns you may have. He’s and excellent surgeon, skilled and knowledgeable. He is not opposed to trying alternative therapies such as pain management, acupuncture, yoga, etc. and recommends surgery as the last option, barring emergency situations. In 2017, I herniated a lumbar disk. Dr. Reich performed a thorough examination, reviewed all my test results and recommended a course of action. Ultimately, we agreed that surgical intervention was my best option. My procedure was performed on an outpatient surgical center. A few hours later, I walked out without pain for the first time in 3 months. About a month ago, I began to experience low back pain. Once again, I chose to see Dr. Reich. Luckily, my symptoms dissipated with time and the addition of several more exercises. Great doctor. Friendly staff.”

“I’ve been a patient with Positive Reset for close to a year now and have been on quite the journey. My therapist, Stephanie is wonderful and great at fostering an environment that rewards vulnerability, she’s very easy to talk to and grounded in a way that’s comforting. I’d recommend her to anyone seeking counseling services. My qualms are more so related to medication management. I’ve been to various practices over the years and medication management is always hit or miss but this lies closer to the miss mark. The prescribers (my first one especially) dictate rather than collaborate with their patients. They tend to treat patients like exclusively unreliable narrators of their experience with medication and are rarely amenable to changing medication they hadn’t planned to. I think across the board, practices need to prioritize patient care and remember people are more inclined to be med compliant when they’re being adequately medicated in a way that is affirming not harming. Also, there’s room for growth in how late cancellations function. If you don’t give 24 hours notice, you owe a $50 fee before you can see providers again- I recently had family emergencies come up and had to pay this fee twice in a month otherwise they wouldn’t even let me see my prescriber to get my meds which I think is dangerous! Considering this practice caters to low income patients, it’s disarming that there’s no provisions in place if one can’t afford the fees; it feels like being punished for being low income/impoverished. Overall, there’s room for improvement but the front desk staff are kind & the therapist are great. Shop around and do your due diligence but if you decide on Positive Reset, you’re not assured to be worse for wear.”

“The Staff here are great. They work very hard to get you up on your feet or able to lend a hand. Their goal is to make you better than you were. I recommend this place if you are looking for a place for Physical Therapy. I've used them when I had my knee replacement, injured my hand, and now after having Minscus Surgery on my other knee. Check them out!”

“My experience so far at doctor Molinari has been great. Judy is the assistant and she is very nice and professional. They make you feel welcome and see you in right away. Doctor Molinari explains treatment well and answers all your questions. I highly recommend.”

“Best physical therapist in the Randolph area. Very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of your specific needs. Eugene is the one treating you unlike other places that have their employees tell you what type of exercise you need to do. I’m seeing him for back and shoulder pain. I’ve been to other places but they don’t even come close to the experience you will have at Silver Lake.”

“When I realized I reached the point I needed a more intensive therapy program, I called around to many places in the Princeton area. While our area is luckily filled with incredible facilities, there is something different about this one. It even seems wrong to call it a facility. The first phone call I had with them already made me feel welcome, and while my need to attend a place like this isn't pleasant, they made the experience so much more human and conversational. If you've ever entered a treatment facility or talked to an intake person, you know they usually seem short and almost dismissive. The intake person I spoke to was incredibly helpful to the point that I actually enjoyed being on the phone with him! I didn't even bother calling other facilities after I called CTRLCare and I knew the ones I called prior wouldn't fit my needs. The next day I visited their facility to meet with an LSW and go through my history, needs, and goals for the program. They went above and beyond throughout my entire intake process and answered even my dumbest questions without making them seem dumb! I started the next week, apprehensive and nervous about being vulnerable in a room full of strangers. However, my feelings quickly subsided. Not only are the staff pleasant, but the people in my group are accepting and genuine. While I may have started out apprehensive and even missed my first two groups because I was genuinely nervous about the process, I've reached a point where I don't want to leave after therapy because it's such a welcoming environment. A welcoming, wholesome environment is of course important for your healing journey, but so is the knowledge and experience of the therapists and doctors around you. These people are in your corner, and I have no doubts in their abilities. We've had different types of therapies, different activities, and individual and group sessions which all help you to work towards your goals. I feel comfortable enough to talk about anything with the people at CTRLCare and am confident that when I do I receive genuine, constructive feedback on how to face the problems that come my way. If you're reading this review it's probably because you or a loved one is in need of care. Call around Princeton and speak to the other facilities, but I am confident that the moment you get on the phone with CTRL you'll know you've chosen them.”

Everyone there is happy and the care is excellent. I have recommended this practice to numerous friends and will continue to do so.”
