“Facility is huge and clean with adequate staff and equipment. There is separate viewing area for the parents and visitors to watch over their kids practice. I was able to enroll my daughter for the spring session online on a weekly basis(slots filled pretty soon). But unfortunately I had to drop her from the class after the first session and reached out to the management over an email. They were pretty quick to respond and understood my position and helped me with a refund. I would definitely recommend this place for your kids.”

“I was going to the Valley Urgent Care on Hamburg Turnpike, but they have walk ins and the wait was always long. I decided to go to Dr. Duarte since I was able to get an appointment on line. “Dr Syed was great but she left. Dr Bernardo is very good and seems thorough. Being from down south the doctors and medical practices in general are way different. Having to wait outside for someone to take your temperature I think is a bit much and it seems to be overly exaggerated. I mean people go there sick right? Does it matter if I go another 10 feet to the window where we all have masks and plexiglass is between? Standing in the hallway seems stupid. I do not like having to have a separate appointment for bloodwork. I have to take off work twice. Down south you see the doctor and do bloodwork together and if an adjustment in medicine is needed the do it. Hate taking 2 days off work. Otherwise easy to get too and Walgreens is right near it so it is convenient.”

I have never had any issues with the office staff in fact love Donna!!! She is the best but all the other girls are super nice at least to me. As far as the dr, she has done right by me since I first entered, I had seen 2 others ra doctors who did nothing but try to get me on a study. I got absolutely no help from the other 2. Yet any time I see Dr Najmey she is very concerned if I have any pain and what can she do to help me.”
