After coming across a few offices over the years in which staff and doctors were inhospitable and seemingly disaffected to patient needs, I was extremely relieved and thankful to find BHMG Shrewsbury and Dr. Spetko. From the beginning to end, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff and Dr. Spetko, who were genuinely sociable despite the fact that they had to work on the day after Christmas. Moreover, the decor was new and comforting. Dr. Spetko could not have been nicer, and he was thorough without being abrasive. Most importantly, he was not reactive or quick to "diagnose" something that is not there. I have been to a lot of doctors over the years, and I can say confidently that he was one of the best. It was clear he knew his stuff and had been practicing for a very long time. I highly recommend him and anyone at this office.”

“The place is clean and large enough for family dinners. Staff is friendly especially when you order out and they offer you some hot tea while you wait, so definitely try out the hot tea while you wait - it's delicious and good for you. ;) They have many types of Pho choices which is great because that's one thing you think of when you want Vietnamese food, right? The rice vermicelli with either grilled beef or port is another good option when you're here. They also have a variety of Bubble teas, so that's a must if you're into it. ;) The reason why I'm giving them 4 stars is because although the food is delicious, it's pricey. I'm basing this on ordering Vietnamese food from other restaurants. I guess they can charge a premium because they're the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Nonetheless, I would still recommend this place if you're looking for some Vietnamese food.”

He explained to me all about the Vitti-Pure, so right than he gave me a shot of Vitti-Pure. It worked on me in about 10 minutes. I had no pain after that. Then I told by brother Richie about Dr.Fretta’s Vitti-pure.He was interested in it so he came on my next visit with Dr. Fretta. My brother is bone on bone in his left knee so bad that he has a hard time getting into his house walking up 16 steps. Dr. Fretta gave my brother Richie a shot and he felt the difference right away.”

One of the first things I was looking for in a therapists was someone who could really relate to my diasporic background, but was hesitant because South Asians can be conservative and judgemental and that's a lot of the reason my mental health was deteriorating. However, Shamila has never made me uncomfortable in any circumstance & I began to trust her very quickly. “This review is WAY overdue but totally necessary. I could not imagine having had our wedding AND reception anywhere else. We worked, from day one until the wedding day, with Richard Portney, and I truly believe from the bottom of my heart that if you don't have Richard to work with for your wedding day, then you're nowhere near as lucky as we were. Richard started our meetings off telling us how dedicated he was to making our day the best it could be, without us having to do much - because we should be able to enjoy our day. When I say he went ABOVE and BEYOND that role, I am not kidding. The venue itself is beautiful. It's homey, and quaint ... the grounds are well taken care of ... the staff is amazing. Beyond that, it's a place where everyone truly cares. The day of our wedding, the ceremony was scheduled to be outside. It was a visibly GORGEOUS Autumn day ... blue skies, colorful leaves - AND, record breaking winds (figures, something has to go wrong haha). My husband (then fiance) built us a heavy-duty wooden wedding "Arch" to get married under, and it was beautiful. Three times before the ceremony began, it FELL OVER! Richard took it upon himself to go outside, and secure it into the ground so it wouldn't happen during the ceremony. Before the day began, Richard was doing his final walk through of the venue to verify everything we had asked was done (because details are 120% his thing!), and he found that the wrong color chair covers were delivered (white instead of ivory), AND the vendor delivered them a wrinkled mess. Without even BLINKING, Richard got it taken care of (and, might I add, I had no clue this happened until AFTER the wedding) - we had crisp, clean, ivory chair covers and tablecloths like nothing had ever happened. My florist delivered our centerpieces, and our bouquets and the bakers delivered our cake. They came at two separate times, so the greenery I wanted on our cake wasn't put on. HAVE NO FEAR, Richard looked at the photos I had given him ahead of time and saw it needed to be done, and did it himself! My DJ got stuck in traffic on the way to the venue ... again, without even blinking, Richard took it upon himself to talk to the staff and keep our guests entertained in the cocktail hour space, while the DJ got set up, and it was like nothing happened. Richard was there, every step of the way, from the beginning to the end of the evening (I mean, even as people were leaving - and then, the next morning for clean up). Everyone who met him, adored him, and saw how hard he worked. I'm telling you - the venue was beautiful, and amazing, and everything we had hoped for, and the food was delicious ... but, Richard made it the "flawless", most amazing day and we could NOT be more grateful. If you're considering TCC for your wedding, I will ALWAYS recommend it ... and I will ALWAYS remember Richard as such an important part of the success of our wedding day.”

“I had a foot injury few years ago and was in crutches for several months. When I worked with Mario he was so diligent, specific to my personal physiological needs and attentive to detail. Additionally he noticed a poor movement pattern on my back that would have lead to scoliosis long term and trained me to balance the lack of symmetry in my back. Then recently I developed carpal tunnel and I returned to Mario. He taught me corrective exercises to ease the pain by utilizing the muscles correctly. I do not have numbness and tingling in my hands anymore. My foot feels fantastic. His profession in Athletic Training has been such a blessing in my life.
