“I have been going to Kessler in Manalapan for about two months now- and I love it !!! Dr. Michelle has been working on me. Her work ethic and determination in helping her patients is far from any Physical Therapist I have seen before! She makes me feel comfortable, and safe in all the exercises. Besides the comfortable environment Kessler Manalapan offers, I am glad to say I have regained normal function (even though my doctor told me I wouldn’t be able to) thanks to Kessler and Michelle. “Dr. Pappert is the most knowledgeable dermatologist regarding Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Such empathy toward the pain and comorbities of the disease. Willing to see me immediately if needed for emergencies such as cellulitis and kenalog (steroid) injections. As far as reaching the office it can be a bit difficult. I always tell people to make very nice with the front desk staff and the office manager. Ask even the doctor to give you a better number to use to contact the nurses if this is the only trouble you had with the place. I love Dr. Pappert.”

“My experience w/CMD was exceptional from start to finish. Hayam- the Executive Director contacted me immediately to schedule appointment & set up transportation. Even called me twice on her day off to advise time of taxi arrival and when taxi was waiting! I was greeted by my nurse Sylvia in this spotless & welcoming environment. Sylvia was engaging, professional, thorough, caring & funny too! As I was a bit anxious going in, I was made to feel safe, comfortable & even slept! In the early morning, my cabbie was prompt, actually opened my door to get in & out of cab. Rony also waited with me the eve before in the cold & darkness to make sure I entered the building safely. Wow all around!!!”

“One of my daughter’s OthroK lens is broken, we urgently need a new one since my daughter can’t see well without it, paid $600 and signed up for one year plan with one pair of new lenses, told us the lenses will come in a week, waited a week and called, the receptionist asked to call me back later, and after a while they called me back said the lenses should come somewhere next week. I asked if they forget to placed my order, next week what day the lenses will arrived ? the receptionist only answered “I don’t know, I am only messenger.” I do not appreciate business treating customer like this, at least the person in charge should answer the phone and apologies for the delay, this business lack of good business attitude, give me a feeling that they just like to shy away when they made mistake. Update: Dr. Strenger called me and offer a temporary lens for my daughter until the new ones come. He explained the new ones take usually 2 weeks to come. I appreciate his call back and the solution he offered, it make me feel much better.”
