If you’ve been thinking about getting into martial arts, Dragon TKD is a great school. When I first I signed my son up (he's now a green belt), I was thinking of getting into it just for some exercise, but with work and all the craziness of life, I didn’t think I had the time. Then one day after bringing my son to class, Master Soto saw I was stressed after a long day of work, and invited onto the mat for some training. After kicking and punching that heavy bag for about 20 mins, I felt amazing! I signed up right then and there. Now I’m an Orange belt getting ready to test for my Green, and I’ve literally never felt better!”
