From booking the appointment, to the procedure, to the follow up check-in phone call, I knew I was in incredibly experienced, knowledgeable care. Dr. Hatfield thoroughly explained my diagnosis using a 3D scan of my tooth, outlined all steps of the procedure, and kept me updated throughout. After completion, she confirmed success using x-rays and explained how she resolved the issue. Dr. Hatfield also provided easy-to-follow after-care instructions and called the next day to make sure I was feeling ok. I had no pain or discomfort following the procedure. “My husband spent 10 days at The Health Center at Bloomingdale after surgery for a broken hip. He was happy and comfortable there. His large room was newly painted and had lots of light. The twice daily rehab he had was excellent, the nursing staff was attentive to his needs, and the dietitian made sure that he had diabetic meals. The entire staff was friendly and listened to my concerns for changes in his program. I highly recommend this facility.”

There is coffee at the lounge area and while my phone was charging he kept me company in conversation and I cannot express how nice and accommodating he was. “The first thing I have to say is management and staff works above and beyond EVERY DAY! My parents reside in Independent Living and love the apartment, it has everything they need and want! During the time of COVID-19 my husband and I truly appreciated how it was handled. The site was locked down very early to ensure safety of the residents, because of this, there was less than one hand of people effected. This reflects how serious they were to provide protection. My husband and I felt my parents were at the SAFEST place they could be. The management made sure all the needs of the residents were met. This site should be a model for all similar sites. I encourage all to visit The Heritage of Clara Barton and feel confident it is the perfect place for all in need.”

“This office is a great place to make little ones feel comfortable. Pre-covid my son loved the waiting room because it had a cool arcade and a prize cabinet when you were finished with your visit. The staff are friendly and Dr. Mary is attentive, professional and has a great bedside manner. My son stared coming here when he was 7 and he's 13 now. We moved 30 minutes away, but we'll be coming here until he gets too old.”
