“I started to see Dr Sannelli in the summer of 2020. I’ve had multiple Sclerosis since 2012. I was the best patient, to a fault. My previous neurologist failed me on two major occasions and I had enough. My fiancé found a list of functional doctors in our area, and I picked Dr Sannelli. I came to Dr Sannelli, torn apart broken, bruised and on too much prescription medications. Dr Sannelli’s kindness alone was comforting after all the years I’ve spent in and out of doctors offices feeling like only a dollar sign for the most part. Dr Sannelli completely checked every inch of my body, recommended I get major bloodwork and measure my toxicity levels. The person who did the blood work, came to my house filled out all the forms and sent the bloodwork in for me. The hardest part was the cost, it was about 400$. Let me tell you it is worth it! I now have more knowledge about what’s going on inside my bodyI have a customized supplement and food plan based on that knowledge. I also have just survived getting Covid. “I'm not sure what all the fuss is about with poor reviews for Soundpath. One person was upset because of their "aggressiveness". I, for one, have appreciated their calls to let me know about services that I had no clue of, and I'm a BIG researcher. They even called me as soon as they approved a referral for an MRI I desperately needed instead of just sending me a letter. Their customer service team has always been helpful and actually sound like REAL people over the phone - not just like robots which I've encountered with large corporations. This shows they have an excellent training program. And to let you know, I am extremely picky. One aspect I do not like, and would give them five stars if this were not so, is that their copay for specialists is high. I have registered a complaint about this but apparently the CEO has not received the many calls regarding this. Otherwise, until I stop getting good responses or service from them, I'll give four stars.”
