“After doing a checkup of all the fluids, I needed an oil change plus filter change, I had to bring the car back the next day ,I thought something was wrong with my battery, when they lifted up the hood to check the battery, that whole area was filthy with dust, after having an inspection they could have at least dusted under the hood. They cleaned it after I told them, treated a $24,000 car like it was $2.00. I have to say that they were nice enough 2 wash my car. I believe that Nissan should send out notices when to bring the car in for an inspection. . Toyota dealership sends all the customers a notice when their car is due for oil change when their car is due to change the tires Etc and that's what Nissan should do.”
