“Great vet! Really cares about the animals and provides excellent care. Only downside is I repeatedly wait over 30 minutes in the car before we can be seen, even when I arrive early for my appointment. This is very difficult with a small puppy. I understand things are hard with COVID procedures in place so this may not be the norm, but would love if we could have a “wait time” heads up or simply be told when to arrive for the appointment so we can be seen.”
