I'm a newbie when it comes to yoga so I was fairly intimidated, but Kristin made the whole process enjoyable and not intimidating at all. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and encouragement to take it at my pace. I'm missing the in studio experience, but I've been able to take a few of their outdoor classes and they've been great! It feels so good to get back out there and I felt super comfortable that the instructor was following hygiene guidelines, people were spaced far apart, etc.”
