The nurses here are all excellent, and go above and beyond for the patients.Denise Pisaniello, the director of nursing, is an amazing woman who fought for my needs while I was there. I want to thank all of the nurses for having been there for me and being there for the rest of the patients. The administration there is another story, but this review is strictly of the amazing nursing staff. They all deserve a big raise because they are the ones who are there for the patients.”

“Great tiny little location is LOCATED INSIDE the plaza/building right next when google map takes you. I Came from the side door so it’s took me a minute to find it but there is the main door on the Toledo Road. The lady inside was extremely Helpful and nice, Obviously I’m not using USPS much so I wasn’t sure what to do and she found me the best solutions for my situation. Definitely going to come in the future.”

“We had an emergent situation with our 8 year old lab Cinder. We had went to the U of Iowa first but time was of the essence and needed an MRI fast if it was a disc issue. The university did not have a technician on hand so we had to drive an additional 3 hours to here. Right away in the morning the doctor; a vet neurologist (I’ll edit my review if I can think of the doctors name) evaluated our girl. She called me; she was so kind, knowledgeable with her skill and explained everything very clearly to us. Even though we lost our dog yesterday due to the most probable diagnosis of cancer; I greatly appreciated the care she received, the kind words from the doctor. The doctor was very honest; she said we could have done additional tests but prognosis was still poor. The cost of what was needed to be additionally done was very substantial. It’s hard to know how we could have afforded that if we had to do it but none the less they were honest and told us it wasn’t worth it. I’m giving 5 stars because I feel the care was amazing. The cost is steep; and I would imagine other places are too; but at the end of the day I would have done or tried to figure it out if it was needed and could have saved her. 💛”

“Best experience for me and my family! We went to the Garfield location and had a terrible experience from their rude and unprofessional staff. However at this location everyone was super professional, friendly and helpful. We are experiencing many changes due to the Covid 19 and I must say that at this location the staff is taking the proper precautions to keep everything clean and safe for their patients. Very affordable for glasses and contacts! Wait time was just right, I have to say I’m impressed with their customer service. I have read negative reviews from other patients regarding the wait time but I can’t imagine the staff would be able to provide excellent care if they didn’t take their time with patients! Once again this is the place to go for your glasses and contacts! God bless and stay safe everyone!”
