“I don't understand the majority of these bad reviews. Every time I've showed up to my appointments, I have been called into the office within 10 minutes of me checking in. In fact, I praise this practice for being so quick compared to other practices I've been too. My primary is Dr. Mitch Mayer, he is great. He takes time to talk to me about my issues and doesn't rush me out the door. Some reviews say they're "pill pushers", that's totally false, Dr. Mitch has always wanted to do other treatments before we got down to a prescription. I have dealt with Dr. Gupta and yes, she isn't the nicest doctor, so if you're looking for a doctor to listen to you I would stay away from her. She's very straight up and to the point and doesn't really want to chat. I have also dealt with a few PAs, they have all been great to me and answer my questions the best they could. I find it hard to believe that one of them told a patient that "you're lucky I'm answering your questions", just because you have a bad experience doesn't mean you should make up something. I have never had a single issue with their billing department. I 100% recommend Dr. Mitch and this practice.”

“My 1st experience with Master Acupuncturist, Shi Qui: Years ago, I had hurt my foot at work and every time I took a step, I was in pain. I was under the care of a Podiatrist. He said I had plantar fasciitis and told me to wear a boot at night to stretch my foot. It seemed like every 3 months I was in pain and the Dr would give me another cortisone shot. I couldn’t live my life like this! Getting cortisone shots every 3 months, and if I didn’t, having pain with every step that I took. One day at work, I told my co-worker Alison, my story about my foot. She told me about Shi Qui. She said he might be able to help me. That he was amazing! I thought to myself, “How could an Acupuncturist help with my foot?” I was desperate to find an answer, so I took a chance, and made an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I went into one of the private rooms, for my session with Shi Qui. He asked me why I was there. I told him. Then he started putting the needles into my body. It didn’t hurt at all. When he was finished, he turned the main light off. It was totally relaxing, to hear the beautiful music and smell the beautiful scent in there. I fell asleep. He came in after awhile. He took all of the needles out. Then he started working on my foot. He said it was out of alignment. He pulled my toes, foot, and ankle, also twisting it. I was in tears from pain, but told him to ignore my tears. I said, “Just please give me the use of my foot back!” So after he was done, he told me to soak my foot the next day, because it would probably be sore. The next day when I was getting out of bed.... I put my feet down on the floor, stood up and almost cried with joy!!! There was no pain when walking on my foot!! I didn’t even have to soak it! Shi Qui is a “Miracle Man!!””
